Life happens. Here is how we handle it.

You can reschedule or cancel any session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email or by messaging me on WhatsApp.

Sessions cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours' notice, and sessions missed without notice, are charged in full. For a six-session journey the session counts as used.

If I need to move a session, I will give you as much notice as I can and offer the next available time. If that does not suit you, the session is refunded.

Refunds for paid sessions go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.
