Plain terms for working together.

The service. Relationship mentoring sessions delivered online by Inga Kalnina ([LEGAL NAME / TRADING NAME]). Mentoring is not medical treatment or emergency care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.

Booking. A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. The free first session is offered once per person.

Payment. Paid sessions and journeys are paid at booking through Stripe, in euros. Prices include [VAT STATUS]. A six-session journey paid up front is valid for [X] months from the first session.

Rescheduling and cancellation. See the cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Confidentiality. Everything discussed in sessions stays confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Your responsibility. Sessions work best when you take part honestly and act on what we agree. Results depend on your circumstances and are not guaranteed.
