What we collect and why

• Booking details (name, email, phone, chosen session and time, optional note about your focus) to deliver the session, send confirmations and reminders, and keep a record of bookings.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares the payment status and a reference with us.
• Contact form messages to reply to you.
• Newsletter only if you tick the box. Unsubscribe any time from the link in each email.
• Technical data such as server logs needed to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising trackers.

Legal basis

Performing the contract you ask for (bookings), our legitimate interest in running the practice safely, and your consent for the newsletter.

Who we share it with
